It's not all positivity

No-one is positive 100% of the time. At various points of our day, our week, our month, or our year, we will all feel anger, pain, fear, worry, shame and guilt.

It's completely normal and natural to feel these feelings along our journey, and, of all the people I have studied, spent time with, read about or interviewed, NOT one of them has been fault free.

However, what does set them apart, is they do not let that setback continue to dictate their life. Something happens, they deal with it. They find a way around it. They get resourceful and discover new solutions to the problem.

They don't blame it for years or allow it to determine their happiness. They don't wallow in a pool of self pity and tell everyone they know about it.

They simply recognise what happened, take the lesson from it and move on.

So if there is something you're hanging onto right now, as you read this, it might be time to let it go.

1. What did it teach me? 2. What is the likelihood of it happening again? 3. If it does, what will I do?

If you've successfully completed the above, you see that you now have the tools available to you that very few people in life have.
