If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that to be the best, you've got to fuel your mind with the best.
Like healthy food is fuel for the body, healthy advice is fuel for the mind.
What you see below is a list of 25 'lessons' in greatness I have created and compiled for you.
It summarises several key points I've learned throughout my journey in business and if you're in a bit of a 'rut', I think it's going to create a whole new level of inspiration within.
My recommendation is to highlight or screenshot 3-5 of them, make those items the background of your phone and then focus on fulfilling those particular lessons over the next 31 days.
Onward and upwards.
25 Lessons in Greatness
By Hayden Wilson
Empathise with everyone you meet (client or not)
Immerse yourself in learning sales, marketing, and advertising
Push harder every day
Give more value than anyone else would ever dare
Journal most days to stay out of your own way
Discover your highest values
Shut out the critics (including you at times)
Listen to all feedback - but only apply what’s necessary (use your better judgement)
Turn your competitors into clients
Test, tweak and re-test all offers
Guarantee all of your work
Try new things (especially those that make you nervous)
Read different books (history, classic, fiction, autobiographies)
Never stop aiming for the top
Stop playing the price game immediately (compete on value only)
Never stop learning. Ever.
Work smarter AND harder.
Build a business 'backend' and resell your existing client's more great things that help improve their lives
Learn to accept temporary failure of a battle, if it draws you closer to winning the war
Believe in YOU (go beyond level ‘crazy’)
Maximise the margins. Increase profits, minimise expenses
Commit to creating, learning and USING systems
Realise and accept there are going to be ‘off’ days. Regroup and come back stronger tomorrow.
Commit to being a professional in everything you do (from taking sessions to simply doing the dishes)
REJECT the mediocrity virus at all costs.
Never settle for anything less than you’re truly capable of.
Let me know which hits home the most for you.
